How far in advance should I book? +
For Saturday weddings during peak season (October–April), we recommend booking 6–9 months in advance. Mid-week and corporate events typically have shorter lead times — get in touch and we'll let you know.
How much space does the booth need? +
Our open-air booth needs a minimum of 3m × 2m of floor space and access to a standard power outlet. We can work with smaller spaces — just let us know your venue and we'll advise.
Are prints really unlimited? +
Yes. Every guest who steps into the booth receives an instant print, and groups can take multiple prints from a single session. There are no per-photo charges.
Can prints be customised with our names or branding? +
Absolutely. Every package includes a custom-designed print template with your names, event date, hashtag, or corporate branding — designed by us and approved by you before the event.
Do you provide an attendant? +
Yes. Every booking includes a trained, uniformed Flicka attendant who handles setup, runs the booth, helps guests, and packs everything down. You don't lift a finger.
What happens if there's a technical issue? +
Our hardware is enterprise-grade and we carry full backup equipment to every event. In the unlikely event of an issue, our attendant resolves it on the spot.
Can we get all our photos digitally? +
Yes. Every photo, GIF, and boomerang is uploaded to a private online gallery within 24 hours of your event. A USB of all files is available as an add-on.
Do you travel outside Melbourne? +
We service all of greater Melbourne and regularly travel to the Mornington Peninsula, Yarra Valley, Geelong, and the Bellarine. Travel beyond 30km of Melbourne CBD is quoted on enquiry.
How do payments work? +
A 30% deposit secures your date. The balance is due 14 days before your event. Payment can be made via bank transfer or card through your client portal.
What's your cancellation policy? +
Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a future date (subject to availability). Cancellations within 14 days of the event are charged the full booking amount. Full terms are sent with your booking confirmation.
